PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Valid for bookings from January 1, 2026

 

PAYMENT

To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total travel price is required immediately after booking. You are welcome to complete this step via our website by providing your credit card details.
If you choose to pay the deposit by bank transfer, please transfer the amount to the following account:

Both the deposit and the remaining balance may be paid in advance via bank transfer to the account listed above. On site, payment can be made in cash, by EC card, VISA, or Mastercard.

 

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival:
30% of the total travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations from 89 days to 8 days before arrival:
70% of the total travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations from 7 days before arrival:
90% of the total travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Late arrival, no-show, or early departure:
100% of the booked travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To avoid financial disadvantages in the event of a cancellation or early departure, and for greater peace of mind during your holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus (including helicopter rescue) or Hotelstorno Premium (including helicopter rescue and accident coverage) with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
